There is 1 very small place on the top near hinge where it looks a little rough about size of quarter. This hood has no major rust issues and comes with the latch prop. Up for sale is 1 original good used hood assembly fitted to late Triumph TR2, TR3 and early TR3a model's I can provide measurements or look close at your unit. This is not rust just a small blemish and could easily be fixed.

There were at least 3 different types of hoods during this period. This unit has 2 holes for vents and should fit Triumph TR2 from ts6157 thru TR3a to ts32833.
