Details:

I had to go the bank and get a new rel easement in order transfer it into my name. You can place a magnet any where on the body and find no plastic filler.

The bumpers are perfect and look brand new. Grill is straight with no dents. No scratches.

No welded cracks in fenders. The car has set inside sense that time. All windows operate but, the drivers window has been replaced with Plexiglas's. The floor pan and trunk are solid.

All original numbers matching 1940 Dodge d-14 with 58k believed to be miles. It has been repainted and the upholstery is not original. Looks to have been done in the 70's. The car runs and drives but has no brakes.

The title is in my name and clear. I have too many projects and reluctantly decided to let this one go. The title had never been transferred to anyone. Body has zero rust and only a very few nicks or scrapes.

Original radiator holds antifreeze with no leaks. Its in too good of condition to be made into a rat rod.

I think, it would be difficult to find a 78 year old car in this original condition.
