This is an original oem gm accessory hood ornament for a 1940 Chevrolet passenger car. It does have some pitting throughout the part and there is one crack on rear of winged area, shown in seventh eighth pictures.

Please review all of the pictures for a detailed view condition part. The clear plastic insert is also cracked as shown. I will combine shipping on multiple items.
